⚠️ Important Disclaimer
Accessible Tax Professionals provides informational tax assessments and educational resources only. Our Platform does not constitute tax, legal, or financial advice and does not create a professional-client relationship of any kind. We are not a licensed CPA firm, tax preparation service, or registered investment adviser. Always consult a qualified, licensed tax professional before making any decisions based on your assessment results.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Accessible Tax Professionals website and services (the "Platform"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. We collect explicit acceptance when you save dashboard access to an email address, check an acceptance box for a future paid service, or opt into a separately governed service such as Professional Matching.
You may complete the initial assessment and view an anonymous dashboard before saving access. That dashboard is temporary and browser-tied until you choose to save it. When you save access, you confirm your agreement to the service definitions and limitations set out in these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
The Platform provides an online tax assessment tool that analyzes information you provide to generate a personalized tax strategy roadmap. This toolkit identifies potential tax optimization categories, estimated savings ranges, educational implementation resources, CPA scripts, IRS form preparation, checklists, and a downloadable Tax Strategy Report PDF.
The assessment, roadmap, report PDF, and all related content are informational and educational resources only. They are not tax advice, legal advice, accounting services, tax preparation, or tax filing services. Savings estimates are projections based on formulas and publicly available tax code data — they are not guarantees of any specific tax outcome.
The Platform does not prepare, review, or file tax returns. Implementation of any strategy identified in your roadmap requires engagement with a qualified, licensed tax professional.
No AI Processing. Your strategy roadmap is generated by a deterministic rules engine that applies tax code logic to the information you provide. No artificial intelligence, machine learning, or large language models are used in generating your report, toolkit, or any other deliverable.
The core customer-side strategy roadmap is currently free. The following definitions describe the scope of customer materials included.
Tax Strategy Roadmap
The Platform offers an optional Professional Matching service that connects you with vetted, independent tax professionals. This service is entirely opt-in and governed by separate Professional Matching Terms of Service that are presented during the opt-in process. You must explicitly accept those terms before using the matching service.
Key provisions of the Professional Matching service include:
By using the Professional Matching service, you acknowledge that any fees, contracts, or service agreements are between you and the professional directly. ATP does not guarantee the quality, outcome, or availability of any professional's services.
To save and return to your tax strategy roadmap, you must create an account using an email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. One assessment per email address — returning users must log in to access their existing results.
Your plan is generated from the information you provide. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your tax situation. Inaccurate or incomplete information will produce unreliable results. Accessible Tax Professionals bears no responsibility for assessment outcomes, deliverable quality, or savings estimates that are affected by inaccurate information you provided.
Privacy-First Design
The Platform is designed so that personally identifiable information is not required for the core assessment or plan generation. You may register with a pseudonymous email address and a display name of your choosing — we encourage you to do so if privacy is a priority. The accuracy of your tax profile data (income ranges, filing status, business structure, etc.) affects the quality of your plan; your real name and personal email do not.
ATP does not currently charge clients for access to the core customer-side product, including the dashboard, Tax Strategy Report PDF, CPA scripts, IRS form preparation, and implementation checklists.
ATP may charge professionals or partner firms for contacted leads, subscriptions, or other professional-side services under separate terms, agreements, or platform rules. If ATP introduces any new paid client-side product in the future, prices will be displayed before purchase and payments will be processed securely through the applicable payment provider.
Current Customer Access
ATP no longer charges clients for core dashboard, report, scripts, forms, or checklist access.
Because the customer-side product is free, new users do not need a refund policy for core product access.
Historical Billing Questions
If you made a historical purchase before this model changed and have a billing question, contact support. We review historical billing issues manually. See the Refund Policy page.
Historical billing questions should be submitted to support@accessible-tax-professionals.com.
All content on the Platform — including assessment logic, tax strategy frameworks, templates, branding, and software — is the property of Accessible Tax Professionals and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your strategy roadmap materials and Tax Strategy Report PDF are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may share them with your own tax professional for the purpose of implementing strategies identified therein. You may not redistribute, resell, publish, or reproduce your plan, report PDF, or any portion of them for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
Tax laws are complex and change frequently. Savings estimates are projections based on formulas applied to the information you provide — they are not guarantees of any specific tax outcome. Whether any particular strategy applies to your situation must be confirmed by a licensed tax professional.
Accessible Tax Professionals does not prepare or file tax returns, does not provide legal advice, and does not represent you before any tax authority. Nothing in your plan, report PDF, or in any communication constitutes tax advice or creates a professional-client relationship.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACCESSIBLE TAX PROFESSIONALS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO RELIANCE ON ASSESSMENT RESULTS, TAX POSITIONS TAKEN BASED ON THIS PLATFORM, OR ANY OUTCOME OF AN ENGAGEMENT WITH A REFERRED CPA OR FIRM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR YOUR PLAN.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal and financial information.
We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Changes do not apply retroactively to historical purchases or service agreements made before the change date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Binding Arbitration. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and take place remotely (via videoconference or telephone) unless both parties agree otherwise. The arbitrator's decision is final and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than arbitration, you and Accessible Tax Professionals each waive any right to a jury trial.
Small Claims Exception. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court in the State of Delaware if the claim falls within that court's jurisdictional limits.
Time Limitation. Any claim arising from these Terms must be filed within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim.
